Wyche expands corporate practice with the return of Eric Graben and Brittany Arsiniega and the addition of Ben Murray

Wyche, a leading full-service law firm with offices across South Carolina, announced the return of veteran corporate attorneys Eric Graben and Brittany Arsiniega to the firm. After gaining additional experience with national organizations, Graben and Arsiniega have returned to Wyche to support clients in navigating complex transactions and commercial matters. They are joined by corporate associate Ben Murray, who also brings experience with sophisticated transactions.

Eric Graben represents public and private company clients in corporate and securities law matters and complex transactions. He advises clients on a range of corporate and commercial matters, including company formation, venture capital, mergers and acquisitions, strategic transactions, and corporate governance. Graben earned a degree from the University of Virginia School of Law, where he served on the editorial board of the Virginia Law Review and was a member of the Order of the Coif. He also holds a Ph.D. and M.A. in Foreign Affairs from the University of Virginia, was a post-doctoral researcher at Los Alamos National Laboratory and taught political science at Clemson University for two years before going to law school. Graben was a physics major at Clemson University and graduated first in his class.
Brittany Arsiniega serves as outside general counsel to businesses with regional or national footprints, working closely with founders, financial sponsors, and executive leadership teams to navigate daily operations, key transactions, and long-term growth strategies. She most recently served as Head of Legal for a food and beverage company. Arsiniega earned a J.D./Ph.D. in Jurisprudence and Social Policy from the University of California, Berkeley, graduating as a member of the Order of the Coif. She graduated first in her class from the University of Colorado at Boulder and received the Chancellor’s Award for maintaining a 4.0 GPA.
Ben Murray focuses his practice on mergers and acquisitions, corporate finance, corporate governance, and economic development transactions. Prior to joining Wyche, he practiced at a large international law firm, representing public and private companies as well as private equity funds in strategic transactions. Before law school, Murray worked in the White House Office of Presidential Scheduling, coordinating the daily schedule for the President of the United States. He also gained experience in state government through roles in the South Carolina Governor’s Office and the South Carolina Senate. Murray is a magna cum laude graduate of the University of South Carolina School of Law and a summa cum laude graduate of the University of South Carolina.
