Since February, the City of Greenville has worked to unlock the Village’s potential as a welcoming, diverse, vibrant and artistic community. With GVL2040 in mind, the City of Greenville and Wernick & Co. focused on four guiding principles in creating this plan:
Maintaining the Village’s authentic character
Reinforcing its unique identity
Facilitating a mix of uses and services
Planning for inclusive growth
The draft plan is available online for public review, and will be presented to the Planning Commission in November.
