GREENVILLE, S.C. — The Southern Textile Association is hosting its Southern Division Spring Meeting at the Embassy Suites by Hilton Golf Resorts & Conference Center in Greenville on March 21.
The event goes from 1-5 p.m., includes lunch, and features five speakers. Those speakers are Greenville Chamber of Commerce Small Business of the Year winner, Kamber Parker from the YoPro Know, George Clark from Pure Country Weavers, George Abraham from Greenville Technical College, Dr. Scott Baier from Clemson University, and Kyle Oronzio from the South Carolina Manufacturing Extension Partnership.
Parker will be presenting Gen Up Talent: Attracting & Retaining Young Employees in a Post-pandemic World,” Clark will be presenting “Weaving: It Looks like the Mona Lisa but it’s Actually Paint by Numbers,” Abraham will e presenting “The Buzz About Artificial Intelligence,” Baier will be presenting “The State of the Economy: A Look at What the Data is Telling Us,” and Oronzio will be presenting “SCMEP: Helping South Carolina companies.”
