SENECA, S.C. — The Oconee Joint Regional Sewer Authority (OJRSA) is holding a public meeting on June 28th from 3:30 p.m. to 6:30 p.m. at Earle’s Grove Baptist Church for the Fair Play Area Sewer Basin Plan.
OJRSA alongside Oconee County is examining future sewer potential in the southern Oconee County and western Anderson County areas. The drop-in-style meeting will have two duplicate presentations, one at 3:45 p.m. and one at 5:45 p.m., for those interested in seeing a more formal presentation. OJRSA is seeking feedback from the public and will have surveys, both paper and digital, for people to fill out.
“We want and need feedback from the community,” said Chris Eleazer, executive director of the OJRSA. “This preliminary discovery meeting is intended to learn from the public as well as educate the community.”
