LS3P congratulates eight Greenville team members who were recently recognized for exemplary efforts. John Robert Edwards, AIA, NCARB was recognized as Principal, the highest level of achievement within the firm. Edwards recently became the Greenville Office Leader in April 2021 and is also the studio leader for the residential/living sector for the Greenville area. Willy Schlein, AIA, NCARB, LEED AP, LS3P’s Healthcare Practice Leader has been recognized as Associate Principal. Schlein serves as a firmwide resource for the healthcare sector and has provided his expertise globally working alongside the World Health Organization (WHO).
Interior Designer and LS3P’s Greenville Office Financial Manager (OFM), Kristie Nicoloff, NCIDQ, IIDA, was recognized as Senior Associate. In April 2021, Nicoloff moved into the OFM role in the Greenville office as well as continuing her role as the Greenville Healthcare Sector Leader.
Specifications Writer Mel Giles, CDT; Interior Designer Kellyn Brewer Messel; Emerging Professional Jonathan Navarro, Assoc. AIA; Strategic BIM Manager Ruth Parr, AIA; and Interior Designer Laura Twomey, NCIDQ were recognized as Associates. Giles, who joined LS3P in 2019, is one of four Specification Writers firmwide and assists on a wide range of project sectors. After joining LS3P in 2018, Messel contributed her passion and valuable design work into the multi-family housing sector by working on projects that ranged throughout several states under the same client. Navarro joined the Greenville office in 2018 with a background in multi-family living, higher-education, and forensic architecture and immediately applied his skills to multiple projects within the area as well as inter-office projects. As a licensed Architect with a Bachelor of Science in Engineering, Parr joined LS3P at the beginning of 2020 and leads efforts to transform firmwide Building Information Modeling (BIM), establishing a new standard for quality craftsmanship in the digital workflow. Joining LS3P in 2017 with a Bachelor of Science in Interior Design and MBA, Twomey has since worked in multiple sector areas of design throughout the Greenville area and will be continuing her work in the LS3P Charleston office.
Recognitions were announced at LS3P’s annual meeting to celebrate the anniversary of its founding.
