Joan Herlong & Associates Sotheby’s International Realty has honored its top agents for March. In the Greenville office, the top agents for listings closed were Michael McGreevey and Morgan Coleman, and the top agents for transactions closed for buyer clients were Alexis Furman and Leah Grabo. In the Clemson office, the top agents for transactions closed for buyer clients were Amy Hammond and Diane Bostrom.
McGreevey entered the real estate industry in Atlanta in 2006. Over the last seven years, McGreevey has attained Top Producer status. He joined Joan Herlong & Associates Sotheby’s International Realty in 2019 and is a member of the company’s President’s Circle for doing over $5 million in sales.
A Greenville native, Coleman is a Clemson University graduate, and played on the school’s women’s varsity soccer team. She joined Joan Herlong & Associates Sotheby’s International Realty in 2020 and was named Rookie of the Year for that year. In 2021, she earned the Most Improved recognition, and became a member of the Chairman’s Circle for doing over $10 million in sales.
Furman, another Greenville native, earned her bachelor’s degree from Clemson University and went on to earn her master’s degree in Liberal Arts and History. In 2016, she joined Joan Herlong & Associates Sotheby’s International Realty and she became a member of the Chairman’s Circle in 2020.
Grabo graduated from University of Georgia before going on to attend law school at University of Duquesne at Pittsburgh. She has spent time moving around the southeast, but she and her husband settled down in Greenville. In 2014, Grabo joined Joan Herlong & Associates Sotheby’s International Realty. She holds a 100% list-to-sale ratio as a listing agent.
Hammond earned her Real Estate Broker license from the Wyatt Institute of Real Estate in 1996. In 2020, she became a member of the Joan Herlong & Associates Sotheby’s International Realty President’s Circle. In 2021, Hammond was the top producer company-wide, Most Valuable Associate of the Clemson office, became a member of the Chairman’s Circle and received the Skyrocket Award.
A New York native, Bostrom earned a degree in Animal Science from State University of New York at Cobleskill. She spent years working in agriculture before making the leap to join the real estate industry. Before joining Joan Herlong & Associates Sotheby’s International Realty in the spring of 2021, she worked with companies such as ReMax, Allen Tate, First Choice Realty and the Reserve at Lake Keowee. She became a member of the President’s Circle in 2021.
