Indie Craft Parade partners with Bon Secours Health System to provide convenient parking for 15th anniversary festival at Judson Mill District

Organizers of Indie Craft Parade, the annual celebration of all things handmade, have partnered with Bon Secours Health System to provide convenient parking for the festival August 16-17 at Judson Mill. In anticipation of record-breaking attendance, organizers have secured parking on the Judson Mill campus and nearby sites including Bon Secours St. Francis Hospital and Venture X Greenville.

Hosted for the first time at Judson Mill, the festival opens Aug. 16 with the First Dibs party from 6-9 p.m. The event runs from 9 a.m. to 6 p.m. on Saturday, Aug. 17. Advance tickets are available on the festival website at www.indiecraftparade.com.

Attendees on Saturday will have the option of premium paid on-site parking at Judson Mill or complimentary parking and shuttle service from lots at the Bon Secours St. Francis Hospital and Venture X Greenville. Friday night parking is limited to Judson Mill.

Shuttles between the remote lots and Judson Mill will run continuously, making it easy for attendees to travel to and from the event. The shuttles will pick up at Bon Secours St Francis’ parking lot at 4 Mauldin Street.

“We’ve worked hard to ensure a seamless experience for all our guests, from convenient parking to a diverse lineup of talented artists and engaging activities,” said Lib Ramos, Director of Indie Craft Parade. “Our 15th anniversary festival is a major milestone, and we look forward to welcoming everyone to Judson Mill and showcasing the incredible creativity of our makers.”

The 15th anniversary festival will feature 111 artists chosen from a record-breaking number of more than 600 applicants. Their work includes ceramics, textiles, jewelry, and more. The festival also includes craft stations where attendees can create their own handmade items, as well as a selection of local food vendors.

Indie Craft Parade will incorporate multiple tenants on the Judson Mill campus for the festival by displaying its makers in Events at Judson Mill’s Smokestack, Gallery, and Annex spaces, along with nearby tenants Magnetic South Brewery and The Foundry at Judson Mill.

Additionally, Feed & Seed, Judson’s non-profit food innovation hub serving local farmers and families in South Carolina, is participating as a food vendor at the 2024 festival.

Final parking plans for Indie Craft Parade will be posted on Wednesday, August 14. For the latest parking information for the festival, visit www.indiecraftparade.com.
