High Spirits Hospitality to open The 405 in downtown Greenville

GREENVILLE, S.C. – The Upstate’s leading event and hospitality company, High Spirits Hospitality, is expanding its brand with The 405, an 11,500-square-foot indoor venue with an attached 3,000-square-foot covered patio along the banks of the Reedy River in the amazing downtown Greenville.

High Spirits Hospitality has been temporarily using the space at 405 Westfield, which is the single-story building with the sweeping porch and white brick walls along the Swamp Rabbit Trail, since October, but now it will become a permanent part of the company’s array of hospitality choices. It is being rebranded as The 405 to show its new life.

The 405 is characterized largely by its open floor plan and flexible structure. White walls framed by black-metal windows and concrete flooring complement any event design, color palette, or theme. Both the indoor and covered outdoor spaces are accompanied by scenic views

“This will be the largest independent event space in Greenville,” said Tammy Johnson, the CEO of High Spirits Hospitality. “It’s ideal for weddings, corporate events and fundraisers. In many ways, it’s a blank canvas to create from.”

The 405 will offer flexible catering options and can host up to 800 attendees. Potential new clients may visit www.the405venue.com to learn more about the space and to book events. High Spirits Hospitality also has recently opened two new event venues at Events at Judson Mill.

“This is an exciting opportunity for everyone involved with High Spirits Hospitality,” Johnson said. “We can’t wait to show off this amazing location.”
