High Spirits Hospitality promotes four

GREENVILLE, SC - To continue providing remarkable event quality and service, the Upstate’s leading hospitality company has promoted four employees.

Krista McFarland has been promoted to Director of Talent & Culture. In this role, McFarland will oversee the employment success of High Spirits Hospitality 150 plus employees while managing a department of six direct reports.

Nicole Camacho will be taking on the brand new position of Chief of Staff. Camacho will be the CEO’s right hand, collaborating between High Spirit’s divisions, making decisions, and steering key projects.

Along with the two promotions to the leadership team, High Spirits also elevated Alie Rounds to Venue Sales Representative and Sarah Wilson to Staffing Manager.

“We are super proud of these four,” said Tammy Johnson, CEO and President of High Spirits Hospitality. “If you didn’t think growth like this is possible in a small company, this is a great example of what can be accomplished.”
