Colliers | South Carolina announced the commercial real estate firm’s brokerage awards for 2024, presented at the company’s annual Awards Celebration held at The Laundry in Columbia’s BullStreet District on February 26, 2025.
The leading brokerage producers for Colliers in South Carolina were John Montgomery, SIOR, MRED and Garrett Scott, SIOR, who earned the 2024 Walter M. Keenan Award, named after the firm’s former chairman. This marks the fourth year in a row that Scott and Montgomery have been honored with Colliers | South Carolina’s Walter M. Keenan Award. Scott also received the award in 2017 and 2018.
Montgomery and Scott are Managing Directors in the firm’s Spartanburg office. They lead the industrial brokerage team in the Upstate region of South Carolina, specializing in leasing, sales and development advisory services for industrial clients throughout the Greenville-Spartanburg market and the Southeast. Both professionals hold the SIOR® (Society of Industrial and Office REALTORS®) designation.
