CAMS Promotes Lesa Vermillion to Regional Vice President

CAMS (Community Association Management Services) announced that Regional Director Lesa Vermillion, CMCA, AMS, has been chosen as the vice president of CAMS Greenville, SC, region.

Vermillion began her journey in community association management in 2015 and joined the CAMS team in 2020. Prior to holding the title of regional director, she served as a community manager.

“I am thankful for this opportunity and couldn’t have achieved this honor without my wonderful team,” said Vermillion. “I feel grateful to have the privilege to continue serving CAMS communities in the upstate area and support our growth in the region.”

Ronda Bossert, CMCA, AMS, Senior Vice President of Association Management, is thrilled to see Vermillion step into her new role.

“With 10 years in the industry and a strong commitment to her team, Lesa has consistently led with both knowledge and compassion,” remarked Bossert. “Her ability to guide and attend to the needs of her team is a testament to her leadership skills. This promotion is well-deserved, and we look forward to seeing Lesa continue to make a meaningful impact!”

As Regional Vice President, Vermillion will oversee community managers and work closely with the business development team to provide local expertise and promote growth in the Greenville region. She will also implement quality improvement initiatives, assist with recruiting efforts as needed, and build and maintain positive relationships with clients and service providers.
