Berkshire Hathaway HomeServices C. Dan Joyner, REALTORS welcomes Giovanna Singh Crocker

Berkshire Hathaway HomeServices C. Dan Joyner, REALTORS is pleased to announce that Giovanna Singh Crocker has joined the company’s Midtown office as a sales associate.

Giovanna began her real estate career twenty-four years ago in the multifamily industry. In 2005, she decided to transition from leasing to sales and discovered her niche for working with new construction. Despite the demands of her roles, Giovanna has always committed time to teaching real estate across the state through area real estate schools and community colleges. Today, she continues to promote and serve at the local level on various committees and boards endorsed by NAR. She is a resident of Spartanburg County, where she enjoys the slower pace of life and considers herself a hometown local and neighbor. Her favorite pastime is enjoying all the Carolinas have to offer with social and outdoor adventures with friends and her family – her one son, his wife, and her two beautiful grandchildren.

“We are pleased to have Giovanna join the C Dan Joyner Family of amazing REALTORS. She will bring great value to her clients and customers with twenty-four years of real estate experience and new construction development knowledge. Giovanna will go above and beyond to ensure every client has a smooth transaction. I look forward to seeing her expand her business within our company,” said Matthew Thrift, Broker-In-Charge of the Midtown office.
